Nice flyer! On the subject of yard sales, does anyone have any suggestions for pricing stuff?
Ive had two in my life and have found, if you have lots of "stuff," that it's better to price very reasonable, just above giving it away, if it's something you really don't want, care about, do not want to have to dump later. In the end, you will fair about the same, for if priced higher, it's likely you'll be stuck with many items to dispose of at the end. If your prices are fantastic, just about everything will go. I'd rather have something for an item than nothing. Hint: On big ticket items, I usually mark the original price, which helps justify the purchase in the buyer's mind.
