Craigslist Image Previewer from Craigs Toolbox
...taking a total of about 20 seconds to install and working like a charm.
It is the Image Preview Extension for Firefox from CraigsToolbox.com for Firefox. It allows you to view a thumbnail of the listings images without clicking on each ad. This will definitely make doing the daily Scavenger even more enjoyable...

There's a site, www.ghettofilter.com, that does this same thing or at least will be soon. As of now it is Los Angeles, Phoenix and Portland only, as well as being Firefox only.

You may also want to try CLPicView which is also a firefox extension that give you craigslist image previews.

Further more, you can also use it on http://www.craigslist-search.com for multiple city craigslist search with picture previews.
