Especially good for Chicagoans (we've been waiting oh-so-patiently for a brick and mortar Muji) but welcome news for lovers of simple design everywhere, we were happy to discover that Muji now finally has an online store for US customers....
Good News: Muji is Now Online
We're on our way to NYC next month and clicked over to the Muji site to get ready for our visit to the shop located near the Apartment Therapy office and, right there in the upper left, we spotted the "online store" link!
At this point, the selection of products available online seems fairly limited (no clothes or furniture) but the faq it says that delivery service for items not listed on the website can be arranged. Shipping to Canada is also available.

Uhm, where is all the stuff? No furniture, kitchen items, luggage, bedding.... I'm not sure why they bothered.

SherryBinNH: I think it really is something you have to see in person the first time (and you have to see the stuff they're not carrying). The plasticware is just exquisitely well molded...it's satisfying for reasons I can't quite place.
As for the online store -- meh. Please repost when they have actual stock.
