One look at this photo and you know who this post is going to be about, right? It is an unmistakable style and palette familiar to design junkies everywhere. Make your guess and go below the jump for the latest from you-know-who (absolutely no Voldemort reference intended)....
Yup, it's Ms. Martha and according to a press release that just arrived (thanks, Chris!), she is launching an new line of craft goods and storage next month.
Here's the scoop: MSLO announced today that a line of over 650 items for crafting (and organizing craft workspaces) will debut May 1 at Michaels Craft Stores. The line will include products, inspiration and educational materials.
"This line is an expression of my passion for crafting, a pursuit I
have enjoyed throughout my life" said Martha Stewart, Founder of
MSLO. "At MSLO, we are steeped in the development of crafts, and all
the products reflect our understanding of what crafters want and need
because it is what we ourselves want and need; practical tools, as
well as a wonderful array of beautiful and inspiring materials."
So far, there is just a single page announcement online, but if you are interested in receiving more info, there is a sign-up available.
I DID guess who it was. I'm not sure that's a good thing.

I as well guessed. But I get her mag so I'm used to seeing the styles that MSLO likes to do.

The mint julep cup was a dead giveaway.

What's weird is that I actually thought I could see the words "Martha Stewart" in the image. Like a mirage. I swore it was there, then I went back and, no.
My god, she owns what she owns!

The jelly beans in one flavor/color are pure Martha. Plus the celadon green.

Ha. That's mildly creepy. MS to a T, though!

I knew right away also, but had never thought about how distinctively even a photograph this generic can describe itself as Martha. All the rest are imitations!
