The majority of Quebec is french speaking, therefore it's only normal the tour would be given both in french & english.
If the tour were given in french in the rest of Canada, I can assure you that many people would not understand.
-Montrealer who speaks french & english

I don't have a problem with the french in quebec, but where is the english on the website? If I missed it, please point it out to me. Or is this show only for the french reading public.

1. The Colegio de Arquitecto de Chile has a spanish only website, because it's in Chile.
2. The Architectural Institute of British Columbia has an english only website, because it is in British Columbia.
3. The Ordres des Architectes du Quebec has a french only website, because it is in Quebec.
All countries/states/provinces have their dominant languages. So to answer you question, no, there's no english version.
