On AT Chicago: December Is All About Entertaining

This December, we're celebrating! A shiny new design for AT, our House Tour Party coming up on Friday, our annual Gift Bag Giveaways and a new monthly theme - entertaining.

We're thinking about enjoying our community: Community is integral to our new design (and all the new features we'll be rolling out in the coming weeks and months) which will allow for greater reader input and involvement; a place to define your home online and share your ideas and questions.

It's also the reason for our House Tour Party (this friday!), where we get together offline to tour five live work lofts in the West Loop and celebrate our Chicago House Tour participants present and past. Maxwell will be here to meet the local readers and we'll all after-party at Lumen. We hope you'll join us!

Even our new monthly theme is about that intersection of community and enjoyment: entertaining. Gathering with friends and family is a huge part of what's good about the holidays - we'll be blogging tips, ideas, inspiration and products to help make your parties and gatherings (as a host or guest) do-able and enjoyable.
