Wrapping Up October...

What a month! We've reached our 60th and final Color Contest entry today, and wish, wish, wish, the month was longer and we could show off more colorful midwest homes. After votes are tallied and the judges deliberate, the finalists will be notified later this week and we'll see their extended entries online soon.

Mark your calendars for the finale party at CB2 on November 16, where we will announce the winners. We'll be sipping wine compliments of Provenance and Kafka, two of our favorite spots for vino, and hopefully get to meet even more of you.

As we prepare to introduce you to our fabulous judges, we're continuing on with stores, services, products, and ideas to blog to your heart's content. Tell us what you want to see, and you'll see it.

As for Halloween...we'd love for you to send us any cool, creepy, or colorful photos of your party or outdoor decor. To all the master carvers out there, send in your pumpkin carving photos to AT: The Kitchen!
