We're down lovers, and although we still like to test things out in person before we purchase stuff for the bedroom, we're glad to know about Down Lite.

The online factory store sells a large range of down goods - not just for the bedroom: Serious outerwear for harsh winters and adventure sports, towels and bathroom accessories, even special cleaning care products for bedding.

Click over to the Closeout Bedding tab on the top of the page, where you'll find Down Deals - all sorts of overstock items, direct from the manufacturer.

One thing we noticed: while clicking through "just to see," many things were out of stock (especially clothing/outerwear). Not sure how quickly they re-stock, or if shoppers are often out of luck for a while.
