Hidden Art is a London-based non-profit group with the aim of helping designers showcase their wares. They provide all kinds of resources and networks to help artists and designers communicate and get their goods out there. Cue the Hidden Art Shop, an online store that gives us all the chance to snap up some of these hidden gems.
The Hidden Art Shop features housewares, dish ware, jewelry, and furniture. Often unusual and playful, this store is the place to shop when you're in the market for something a little bit different. We love the bold hues, super shine, and varied positions of the "Hand Job" series of coat hooks/wall art by Thelermont Hupton (see above).
But we're most impressed by Hidden Art's lighting selections. Their "experimental and classic lighting forms" illustrate such invention and feel surprisingly fresh.
