Lollie Ries recently opened up online with its debut collection, Winter Bloom 2008. Providing ways to "wrap, carry, adorn, be merry and dine well," the early selection is sweet and functional, sustainable and elegant. Pictured above, the Dine Well set which includes a pair of bamboo plywood stands - one for a floating glass vase and the other for a stainless steel salt shaker and pepper mill set. This ensemble offers a lot without succumbing to bulk or eating up too much table space.
