Vintage Looks

20080421vint1.jpg20080421vint2.jpgGet ready to spend ample time on the internet. Once you start browsing around Vintage Looks, it's hard to stop. Lots more items and one groovy incentive-to-buy after the jump...

20080421vint6.jpgVintage Looks has something for every person and every paycheck. The furniture tends to take a Futuristic/Mod slant but they also have the clean Mid-Century lines many of us adore. In terms of authenticity, they sell knock-offs, like this Bertoia-style chair, or the real deal, such as the Paul McCobb dining set.

20080421vint3.jpgOur favorite section of Vintage Looks would have to be their lighting department. Table, floor, hanging; you name it, they got it. More importantly, we're seeing throw-back shapes and styles that feel new and make us want to outfit our entire house.

20080421vint5.jpgTheir sale section is impressive because they really slash prices. This 1960's Casalino Chair molded plastic chair for kids is marked at $75, down from $125. The merchandise photos are sometimes iffy but the descriptions seem honest, revealing flaws or damage.

20080421vint4.jpgYou can't exit the site without checking out the "Strange Collectibles" division. That's where we found the unfathomable Playmate Puzzle ($65) and this disco classic pinball machine ($850).

So go ahead and jump in! If you find something you MUST HAVE, go ahead and order it because shipping (within the continental USA) is FREE!

Sorry, guys. I think maybe we sent them too many viewers and something happened to their server. Be patient and hopefully they'll fix things up soon.
