I'm curious too. It looks like a great place to store records/vinyl/LPs.

I'm sorry, but how on heart are they justifying asking $550 for this bench?? It's just a set of backless wooden cubes with legs! Does this seem nuts to anyone else?

super-sturdy school bench that looks similar and is way cheaper (but granted, less design-y):

Does anyone own any pieces from Gus Modern? I'm thinking about purchasing the Carter sofa and chairs in Totem Storm, but I wanted some other opinions.

It looks like any number of storage benches I've seen over the years, including at IKEA. Adding a cushion to the top of something cheap wouldn't be too difficult or expensive, I imagine. Yes, the price is crazy.

i think the price of most furniture is quite ridiculous. I understand the cost of materials, and the cost of actually designing it, producing, labor, if the designer is famous, all that comes into play, but seriously...

There are some bedside tables that my wife and I like from William Sonoma home, so I sent the photo to my dad, who just happens to be a pretty good carpenter, and he's going to make them up for me instead. No way in heck could i ever justify their $800 per table price.

I ALMOST bought this bench for a couple hundred bucks at the Chiasso warehouse sale last year.

Chiasso warehouse sale was this past winter. I think feb/march.

Does anyone have a good go to site for simple, minimal, metallic track lighting kits?

There are just too many options and companies to choose from.
