hello

i dont know why i never thought of asking this question here. it seems like someone on here would know...

are there any real estate agents/agencies that specialize in helping you find raw lofts, hard lofts, or open concept lofts?

anyone know of any?

I recently bought a loft in the West Loop - i worked with an agent who specializes in modern / unique spaces. His name is Vik Wadhwa, and his website is - http://www.modernchicagohomes.com - i'm sure he can help you. He even has a link to Apartment Theraphy on his website...so he may be a reader of this site as well.

One other thing you could try is the Chicago Artist Resource ... www.chicagoartistsresource.org - but not sure if that's what they do, might be only temporary loft space.

I'm confused....is AT going to go back to just doing the regular posts anytime soon?......im sort of overwhelmed by the sheer amount and days that these "best of" lists have gone on....
