High and Low: Small Storage Boxes

Odd that simple storage boxes could actually be considered a "high" item, but with all things designer, nothing is left behind. We felt the pinch while perusing Orla Kiely's new home line for the smaller ticket items. Loving the storage containers, boxes, magazine and file holders' patterns, we just can't get past the notion of a price tag upwards of $70!

This immediately led us to trusty IKEA for the most basic of basics (if you just can't bring yourself to use ugly old shoe boxes for storage.)

For a custom look all you need is contact paper or nice wrapping paper in sheets and you dress up the ikea to look like any designer made storage box.
