...in 2005. The glossy white ceramic container/hook comes in your choice of a red or black interior. Sturdy (can hold 12 lbs on the hook), great looking and...alas, pricey ($270).

$270?!?!?!?!? Are you kidding me?!?!?!? It is cute and practical, but you would have to be insane to pay almost $300 bucks for a hook. Come on Target, where's the $10 version?

exactly what I've been looking for at 10X the price!

Oh for the love of Pete...what's up with all the uber-expensive stuff? This would be soooo easy to create in some sort of durable plastic material for under $20. Come on Ikea and Target...get on it!

come on - as we've heard before on this site to justify the eye-popping price tags attached to design items: you get what you pay for, so i'm sure it will "last a lifetime" and make you feel x-tra special each time you use it. and best of all you will know it's authentic and not some cheap knock-off!

Yes, I'm concerned people might judge my cheap knockoff "hookbox."

I have a rule about hooks- they can't cost more than anything I'm likely to be hanging on them.
