I'd add the Bellini Chair from DWR to the mix! A friend has 6 that he treks from his dining table to his patio. They're not as pretty as some of the big hitters (love the Navy!) but they're cheap and stackable!

And any ideas for sushi bar stools/chairs? The regular counter-height stools are too high...
