Hammockozee Rocking Hammock

062607Rocking-Hammock-1.jpg

This perfect spot for a nap requires no trees to attach it or balance getting in and out (anyone else ever fallen out of a hammock?). Large enough for two or for stretching out solo, this rocking hammock is stabilized by a steel frame and easily transportable.

The sales pitch sounds good to us for both comfort and maintenance reasons:

This Hammockozee Rocking Double Hammock by Wandatech is a breathable mesh fabric woven of strong polyester yarns that are individually coated. This mesh, vented fabric keeps you cool, dry, and comfortable. It is soft, breathable, durable, strong, UV resistant, weatherproof, non-absorbent, and resists mildew and fading. This fabric also withstands harmful outdoor elements.

Anyone been in a Hammockozee or a similar rocking hammock?? Reviews welcome!

On sale from Backyard City for $159.99.

nice looking piece, especially for the price point, but you may want to move it off of the concrete so it doesn't make horrible crunching and scraping noises (the 'skid pad' appears to be made of steel), and so you don't cut your fingers off if you fall asleep with your hand dangling off and your hammock buddy gets up. Hmmmm.
