Louis Soleil by Sutherland

2008-01-25-louis.jpgIt's 4 below in Chicago this morning with a wind chill of factor of something scary. Our pug just about froze to the sidewalk on our walk. An antidote? Thinking of June, when school is out and we'll be blogging about the (sunny, warm!) garden. Along those lines, we got an email tip from Doug recently about this unusual furniture - the look of French antiques redone in outdoor friendly materials...

Louis Soleil Chaise

The line is called Louis Soleil and comes from Sutherland, a high end outdoor furnishings manufacturer. The Soleil pieces are designed by John Hutton. They are made from teak (available in four finishes) with Perennials outdoor textile upholstery.

These seem perfect for those who are looking to create their own tiny Trianon in town - any takers from the AT crowd?

Available in Chicago at the David Sutherland showroom in the Mart.

That's a really brilliant idea. I don't love the Louis look indoors, but for a garden... O for a yard!
