We know this is Apartment Therapy and although there is usually a large emphasis on the Apartment side of our name, we do have many home owners out there. So for those readers, we have a fun feature over at the Clopay Doors website that can help out when having to make a rather large purchase for your home-- garage doors. They can improve your home's curb appeal and value. We'll show you how to try out new doors out with just a few clicks, after the jump!

Clopay Door has a fun tool on their website that allows you to upload a photo of your home and then try on different doors in different styles. If the stock doors aren't to your liking you can create one all your own style! First you upload your picture and define where your door is in the photo (it's pink in the photo above). Next you tell the program your door dimensions.
The program allows you to chose all different aspects of your door. Colors, windows, hardware, number of panels... the works. This is a great tool if you found a door you like, but aren't a fan of a detail on it.
If you aren't in the mood for uploading your own photo you can take a gander at the gallery of the doors that other homes are sporting. The site has great photos and can yield great inspiration for your own home. There's also a rebate going on right now for double and single doors both!

I LOVE Apartment Therapy, and I have the utmost respect for the work you all do.
That said, it seems like you need a proofreader - nothing fancy is expected in this format, just the basics.
I'm available to help.

These photos are all sad. With the first pic, the whole building looks like a garage. And 3 bay garages, as wide as the part the of the house people occupy are grotesque. Any house that has given hierarchical dominance to its garage is a failure of architecture, regardless of the veneer or articulation of the actual garage doors. Boo.

@sunan - agreed. Reading a headline with a typo, even in a blog-based format, makes me wince.

I agree about the typos! And am soooooooo embarrassed, I made one here tonight, but after all, my eyes are worn out from those garage doors!
