An old fashioned concept with modern possibilities. As we saw with Amy's vintage paperweight collection (second to last thumbnail in the series), these prismatic creatures can be used for actually holding down papers once the windows are open this spring - OR for a bright, vibrant display of designs you love, just because. We even ran across the Paperweight Collectors Association online (PCA, who knew?!).

the first time I visited the chicago art museum, I spent a good hour and a half in the paperweight room. not sure if it is a permanant display or not, but it was amazing.
i always look for those old glass ones at antique stores but havent found any I thought I needed.

You should have painted a bra and panties on the amber paperweight, lest you incur the wrath (again) of your more squeamish readership.
