Tilting Vases From CB2

031809-tiltvases3.jpg Yesterday in our Chicago travels, we checked out everyone's favorite place for color... CB2. Never having been to an actual brick and mortar location, it was as fun as we'd hoped. The store was packed with bright colors everywhere, all of which was balanced by a great deal of white and natural elements. As fun as the color was (it was literally like walking into their catalog), we were quite taken with these Poly Resin vases that tilt and roll around without falling over.

031809-tiltvases1.jpg These vases sit respectively at 6" and 4.75" tall. They were the perfect size for a few beautiful stems to sit in. Don't worry about large fussy arrangements, this simple natural vase in combination with a fresh pick from your spring garden is all you need! They would also make great centerpieces for your next get together, wedding or event.

031809-tiltvases2.jpg Even when filled with water, these tilting vases won't fall over and will add a playful element to whatever surface they will be gracing. The larger grey vase is currently on sale for $4.95 (from $5.95) and the smaller yellow, or more natural color is on sale for $2.95 (from $3.95).

I had a few of these, and I picked them up for a second with the tiniest amount of oily substance (I had been cooking), and they are FOREVER stained. Don't EVER touch them without washing your hands first!

they kind of remind me of my first (failed) attempts at throwing on the pottery wheel... but they're kind of cute in a chubby way.

These are so cute! I will be picking up a pair for Christmas gifts while I'm still thinking about it!
