It's always been a fantasy of ours to have a cottage at the edge of a treeline, so this home spoke to us. In the cottage floor plan, an open-plan living space leads to a porch, making the home feel much larger. Besides the smart floor plan, this cottage is phased so that you could add another bedroom and bathroom in the future.
