10 for Under $100: Apple Green in the Bedroom

apple1102308.jpgOne of the colors that stood out to us as both fresh and homey in this year's color contest is a nice gold-y apple green. Especially interesting for the bedroom, it works well with both warm (oranges) and cool (light blue) tones. Jump below for 10 budget buys for the bedroom in this flexible hue:

is "apple" the 21st-Century-trend-adjusted term for "avocado"?

None of the above is truly 'apple' green. Apple green is the one used on the CB2 go-cart desk, or the Ikea Muddus table.

I just did our little guest house with these colors... and some killer duvets from Tokyu Hands.

This looks more like chartreuse or olively green than apple green. The same green that I used in my bedroom paired with a dark chocolate brown.

But my graphic design sister says I am color challenged so take it with a grain of salt.

Yeah, this is just sorta regular green. Not so much apple green... or any other kind of green. Just green.
