Roundup: Things We Love From Harbor Freight

These metal cleats are intended for use with your boat. You would normally use them to tie your boat to the dock. We think they would make great curtain tie backs in the right space. Harbor Freight has them priced just over $2 each.

This is the shinier version of the cleat above. It's a few inches longer and a little bit higher in price at just over $24. Outside of curtain tie backs they are skinny enough to make fantastic drawer/door pulls.

At Harbor Freight there is an entire wall devoted to the wonderful world of casters. From black to blue there are even these yellow ones too! We think they would be a great way to infuse a bright pop of color in a small way. They hold 154lbs and come in at $7 each.

This spinner is normally used for small nuts and bolts in your garage. We think it would make a great spice rack or even a fun jewelry rack. If you have the space it could also be used in your home office for small things like paper clips, white out and brads.

We still love the idea of industrial carts utilized in your spaces. They would be right at home in your laundry room to hold your washing supplies, in your children's room to hold books or stuffed animals or even in your bathroom to hold towels (assuming the space permits such a crazy thought!).

Love that red service cart! It's way more appealing than the twice-as-expensive kitchen cart I saw at Ikea this weekend.

You had me until I noticed that the first deck cleat has the word "CHINA" moulded into it.

Last thing we all need is more cheap crap imported from there.

Harbor Freight Tools ROCKS! I was just talking to my boyfriend about their latest mailer this morning. Bear in mind a lot of the stuff isn't always the highest quality - more cheaply made import version...but with things like magnetic parts holders and such you can't go wrong. I don't believe they are on-line...eeek. Oh well. How cool you guys posted this.
