Event Tonight: A Moment in the Sun

Tonight, at DWR Tree Studios, learn more about solar power with the University of Illinois Solar Decathalon team. From the website: The Solar Decathlon is a competition to design, build and operate the most attractive and energy efficient solar-powered house.

The UI team will be discussing their award-winning entry in the 2007 Decathlon and their plans for 2009. More than just an explanation of the Decathlon, this is an opportunity to be inspired and educated about the potential of solar power. Refreshments will be served.
