This is how we buy our Mrs. Meyers now - we wait for one of the free shipping events and then stock up on what we're getting low on. We just sent in our latest order yesterday - all purpose cleaner, countertop spray, window spray, ironing spray, surface scrub and hand soap, all in our favorite scent...

Why don't you write to Mrs Meyer and ask about their synthetic preservatives that they DO NOT disclose on their products or website.
Parabens, while not proven to cause cancer, have been found in breast cancer tissue.
They are NOT green.

my aunt, who has cancer, recently schooled me on parabens. while i am not changing all the products i use, i am looking out for the products that are making the change to paraben-free. many are!
unfortunately, i don't care if mrs. meyers is holier-than-thou green. the smell makes me happy. and it's close enough to be better than most cleaning products!

There is NO scientific evidence or conclusion that parabens cause or are directly linked to cancer.

I don't understand why you wait to order it from the site. Is it cheaper online? Why not buy local? I'm asking this honestly, not to be obnoxious. I am rethinking my own habit of buying stuff online and recycling box after box....

No, there is no link between cancer and parabens, but why do you want synthetic preservatives in your body. There is scientific proof that your body absorbs this chemical and keeps it.
That is just gross when there are plenty of products available that have plant based preservatives.
The whole point I am making is Mrs Meyers white-washing their image and making people think they are something they are not.

saha, i ordered it online because i can never find the big huge refills for handsoap locally, nor do i wanna lug em around on the subway since no one around me sells mrs meyers. that needs to be remedied.
