Sad news for lovers of interior design monographs and rare architecture books. Chicago's premier architectural bookstore, Prairie Avenue Bookshop, will be closing this month. On the upside, the store is offering 70 percent off...

 
 

... of all remaining stock through August 31st. A sample is shown above, although you'll have to check their site to see what's still in stock. You can order online or visit the shop in person at 418 S. Wabash, Monday through Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm.

Checked the site and there is nothing about their closing and books are not reduced in price.
