Kids' Design Month
- September is Kids' Design Month on AT!
- We'll be highlighting great decor and design aimed at kids, as well as problem solving space issues that come with having kids at home.
Furniture Forward
- This free show highlights local furniture makers, including a Friday night reception (6-10 pm) with the designers.

Around the Coyote Arts Festival
- The focus of the Fall Arts Festival is on new and emerging artists. We hope to provide the Chicago community with access to the work of these often under-exhibited artists. This festival is curated by ATC staff and our visual arts guest curator, Tricia Van Eck of the Museum of Contemporary Art.
- Around the Coyote Gallery, 1935 ½ W. North Ave. (opening night party on Thursday, Sept. 7 at this location); film & video, dance, visual arts, music, and readings take place at various locations in Wicker Park. Check website for info.

Following the premise of the larger exhibition to present real design solutions and prototypes, Sustainable Architecture presents works in progress in and around Chicago, emphasizing practical applications by architects who are setting new standards for creative approaches that are not only environmentally sound but also aesthetically significant.

Chicago Artists Benefit for Eckhart Park

Eckhart Park Advisory Council and the Michael & Michael Salon are co-hosting an event to raise money for the building of a new Eckhart Park Children’s Playground in Chicago’s West Town neighborhood at Chicago and Noble Streets. The event will feature work for sale at set prices by many established Chicago artists who have donated art works for the event. This is an opportunity for both experienced and novice collectors to view and purchase great works and to support a great cause.
