Thank you so much for doing a Scavenger post for the Midwest! I live in Lincoln, NE, too far away to pick up any of the drool-worthy items you post from any of the coastal cities you focus on--or from Chicago.

jd2- If you haven't already, swing by Nest... even when Lincoln's Craigslist is lacking (although it's picked up in the last year!), they're a great resource for great finds:

you guys should scavenge around in omaha's craigslist. it's a bigger city than lincoln and more people post!

Ewilde- I did check Omaha, but many of the things I found were gone by the time I posted this listing, so I had to take them out and suppliment the list with more. There are usually some really great finds in Omaha.
