Sit on It

Looking for a "most agreeable sitting sensation"? These water-resistant indoor and outdoor modern bean bags, Do Nuts, look best suited for kids, but they also have heating properties appealing to everyone (filled with EPR "beans" that absorb and give back the body's heat).

Coolhunting has a sassy little write-up about these comfy seats, worth reading for the idea that they "hug your body like Madonna in a pink leotard." A Belgian product, distribution sites so far only include Europe and Mexico, but the site does not list product pricing or shipping costs. Anyone know of a similar product stateside??

Standard size runs 120 x 45 cm, but you can customize any size you like from the Sit on It company, who also sells non-donut shaped bean seats.

I can't recommend one in the states but take a look at nesdesigns.com They are based in Toronto, Canada and have a similar product called the NEST. I know they make all kinds... outdoor, in army fatigue patterns and I've even seen them in white leather with fur for a more luxurious take (though I don't see that one on their site). It is definitely worth checking out... a really beautiful COMFORTABLE product! Good luck!
