Teak Storage Box

040709teak2.jpgFor small-space storage, and multifunctional use as a side table or seat, this teak storage box is a serious online deal. Its list price was $79.99 but now it's going for...

...$19.99 online only from Target.

relatively small in size, but at that price would make a great outdoor planter.

Warning:

They only allow 1 per person AND they final charge for shipping and handling comes to $42. So what started out like a great deal is now perhaps a mediocre deal, imo.

According to the Target website, it's "Made of Wood Composite; Teak Wood-Veneered Finish", so I'm not sure I'd put it outside in the elements.

The Ikea Molger is only $29, and made of solid walnut.

I bought one of these, and I absolutely love it. I drilled a hole into the bottom and placed low voltage lighting inside. It looks really great outside at night!

I agree with Fiatlex. I was about to buy one for my terrace, but saw the "wood composite/teak veneer" description and thought the better of it.

I just bought 2 and it's actually solid wood. The shipping is ridiculous, though. It makes a great hamper and is bit bigger than the IKEA one (which I also like).

VERY cheap--amazing! I'm not surprised it didn't last long.
