•Making it Lovely: Maybe the "smart, little" Devon table from Target can find a home next to Nicole's fantastic orange and white easy chair.

•Design Boner: Porcelain and Cardboard point us to UO's bedding sale.

•design*sponge: Site-specific sculpture by Doris Salcedo, a Colombian artist who often uses furniture in her work.

1,600 wooden chairs look AWESOME all stacked crazy-like between buildings! That just makes me smile.
And the "dirty toile" we posted about is sold out online (urban outfitters). Boo.
yeah that chair piece is just amazing. would love to see it in person.
but the urban outfitters does have those dirty toile sheets in the store (at least the one up in evanston). however, they aren't on sale. Boo!
Maybe I've been living in NY too long, but my first thought at the sculpture is that it'll make one hell of a rat nest. Then again, cats may love it too. Rats vs. Cats!
What keeps people from taking the chairs?
It looks like there's some kind of net keeping them in? The idea of insuring that artwork might be a little intimidating...
