She has this to say about Eduardo's place: "This apartment has loads of charm and feels very personal. The artwork is great, and it's a great example of how open shelves can open up a space and provide lots of storage when done right."

YAY for honorable mentions! This IS a Small, Cool place, and it was done really well. It is a great example of what can be done by keeping your discerning eyes open, seizing the day/every opportunity and really knowing your own space.
I love it when people can pull together a place out of various elements and didn't buy everything in one fell swoop from a costly design store.
