Now that it's time for AT's Smallest Coolest Contest, we have certainly thought about the fact that apartments in the midwest tend to run on the larger side.

Reader Nicole made mention of this, yet we know there are plenty of small, cool spaces out there in our region, like Joseph D's house tour (left): 400 sq. ft.

Don't forget: For midwest entries, you just need to be closer to Chicago than any of the other AT sites (NY, SF, and LA), you don't have to be in Chicago.
