When I saw the main photo, I was, like, "Oh, this really is nice. An ikea nightstand with capita legs. I don't recall seeing this in the catalogue."

Ooops. Because it was from DWR.

I do like the look of the violet nightstands, although there's no information on web link as to what it's made of, etc. And at $199, I'm wondering whether it looks as good in person as it does in the photo.

Anyone have any idea where I could find something similar to this piece but at 50 inches wide? I love the legs!! and the width and height are perfect, it's just too long for the space I have.

Hey Pascii, have you ever ordered from Eurway? They have some nicely priced items, but what's the quality like?

I have seen something like that at IKEA where you can pick your legs, but sorry not THOSE legs. And yeah, they are pretty sweet!

You could make something that looks a lot more like the other options from ikea using the besta series. Or you can get a Stolem: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/70061556 and just add some besta series legs.

I have the SVALOV side table as my night stands. So far, everybody who's seen them love them but don't recognize them as Ikea!
