An Elle Decor "Best New Product" award winner, the Louis collection from John Reeves is a modernization of classic forms. Solid wood, with either hand veneered or lacquered finishes, the pieces are both functional and a neo-baroque design "statement". More from the collection below:
Above the Jump: Louis Bookcase, available in Black, White or Red lacquer, $1988.

Louis Sidetable, available in Oak Veneer or Black, White or Red lacquer, $498.

Louis Dining Table in Black, White or Red lacquer, $3000.

Louis Console with Three Drawers, available in Oak Veneer or Black, White or Red lacquer, $1176.
Available in Chicago at Stitch.
Nice but pricey.
Ikea sells legs just like that for around $50....the $1176 table could be made for about $65.

I don't know who did it first, but http://hiveminddesign.com/ has been doing tables and beds in that style for years now.

A little unrelated... but does anyone else find the Ikea-knockoff to be really low? (At least, based on its measurements online)
