031709-hannah1.jpg The brick and mortar store for the now famous Renegade Handmade craft fair holds all kinds of handmade goods. While visiting today, we ran across the work of Hannah Clair Somerville who has some hand screened fabric panels up for sale. Click through to see more from this great Chicago based artist.

031709-hannah2.jpg Screenprinting fabric is a true labor of love as it must be either necessitate a large screen or a steady hand to keep your pattern on registration as you work your way down the fabric. Her work is quirky yet fits right in with most mainstream designs gracing the home stores right now. Check out the rest of her work at her website.

031709-hannah3.jpg You can keep an eye on Hannah's Etsy store where there are currently aprons by her own design, up for grabs. If you're close, don't forget to stop in Renegade and check our her work in person!

Hannah will be participating in the 70 days for 70 years 70th anniversary event at the Hyde Park art center in May and will be conducting a free, drop in embroidery workshop and hopes you'll stop by!
