We just showed you Karl Madcharo's house in Minnesota, where an Adam Turman screenprint adorned a wall in his kitchen. Turman is an illustrator/designer/screenprinter who is part of a vibrant art scene in Minneapolis (the land of sleet, snow, and hotdishes). The artists website is full of vibrant colors, women, bicycles, hot rods and Minneapolis pride. Click through the jump to see the fruits of this hardworking, midwestern illustrator's labor.

Turman has done a series of prints that all depict certain iconic Minneapolis landmarks. You can see a few more of them here as well as here.
This print was originally made for the band, The Methadones. Having been created in layers for screenprinting, the venue/show information has been removed on this version!
What once was the tallest building in all of Minneapolis, the Foshay building has recently been purchased and is now a W Hotel.
Crazy 8's is the name of this print. Coming up on the date 08-08-08 it feels fitting to highlight it.
Turman screenprints and produce gig posters and art prints for music venues and art galleries all over the Twin Cities along with other various venues around the nation.
Adam Turman can be found on his website, or over at his blog where he has been featuring the homeowners tale of building your own art studio.
