That is such an outdated logo for such a decent store.

I had such an absolutely terrible experience with The Tile Shop that I will never step foot in one again. My experience was so negative that I wrote to corporate and they didn't respond. Instead, they passed my letter to the store manager who was the subject of the letter!

In a nutshell: what is on display and what are sold as sample tiles (http://tinyurl.com/az3kqf) does not match the quality of what is delivered in some cases (http://tinyurl.com/d376o7). Open every single box before you leave the store if you order from them.

I recently visited this new Tile Shop location and I was able to find natural stone in sizes I couldn't find any where else. My design consultant was very helpful and she really enhanced my design. I was tiling my kitchen floor and wanted a unique oversized travertine tile. She found exactly what I had dreamed up and it turned out fantastic.
