Tile Inspiration from Erin Adams

12-13-07tile1.JPG

We love seeing tile used in unexpected ways...on a living room wall or in a home office. We always find a lot of ideas for unconventional uses of tile at Erin Adams' website. Adams' tiles lend themselves to mosaics and modern designs inspired by folk art. Her glass mosaics for Ann Sacks are showstoppers. Look below for photos.

I love the way these look. This might be a silly question but in a bedroom, would this make the room cold?

Thanks, ChrisToronto...the links are fixed now. theblt, I'm not sure about whether tile would make the room cold, but it's a good question.

Very nice! Have been looking for a wallpaper with the same pattern as the first picture (interlocking circles) - any ideas?

pretty pretty
but I wonder about the acoustic repercussions of tile
(as well as the temperature issue)

i think my corgi is cuter then that one... although mine ate a hole in the wall so that does take away from his cuteness...
