What: Zellij Fountain, a gift from one of Chicago's sister cities, Casablanca, Morocco
Where: Horticulture Hall at Garfield Park Conservatory; photo taken
Sunday July 22, 1 pm
Why: Gorgeous mosaic-style wall with running water makes visitors stop and stare, investigate the strong colors and overall pattern. The hand-cut tiles show artistan traditions of 10th-century North Africa and Andalusia.

KatGamer:
I was there on the 22nd, which is when I took the pics. The fountain is a permanent gift to the conservatory (given in 2003 I believe), so you'll see it if you go! I think I'll rephrase the post so it's clear...thanks.
