When we were little, a friends parents had a silver Christmas tree and we loved it - it seemed like the most glamorous thing ever. While we've never taken the leap to 100% space age style decorations at our place, winter-y hues just seem right for the holidays - we like the chilly combo of silver and white. living in Australia... it's summer time over Christmas.
So I have a big big purple and yellow flower on top of my tree and pink and teal ornaments.
It makes for an interesting display along with my christmas elephant. Ha ha ha.
We've never done things the normal way before why should we start now?
