We make no secret about our infatuation with flocked wallpaper. Though we don't have any wallpapered walls at home, we love looking online and thumbing through books of colorful, textured choices. At Thybony this weekend, we couldn't let go of the new Romo book: the Lasari flock wallcoverings collection.
While we mainly associate intricate florals with "flocked," this collection is really exciting because it combines some simple geometric elements among the standard florals patterns. Even the Miraflores flock (yellow, above) catches the eye with its emphasis on simple, round shapes.
And the striped series (right) is so strong and rich; we LOVE this image of the floral chair against the striped wall. (More below:)
