Almost everything in the apartment is exposed rather than hidden, including the glass-walled bathroom (fitted with blinds for privacy). Movable, linen-backed glass screens act as room dividers.

Both Kariouk Architecture and the "4D Apartment Renovation" are located in Ontario, Canada. The space has been featured in Canadian House & Home, Canadian Architect, and other publications. For more information, see Kariouk's site and the Slow Home's article.
