Are you having a big Easter brunch at your house? Why not invite this adorable chick family to the table? Healthy, super cute and if there's a lull in conversation you can use them as a prop in a "which came first, the chicken or the egg?" debate (in this case, it's decidedly the egg).
According to the author of the food blog Eye Candy versions of these chicken eggs have been part of the bento box culture for a while, but she's put her own spin on their look and has also provided a photo tutorial for making them yourself. Check it out here and be sure to look around at all her other interesting and fun posts (like this cute pancake bear).

Holy mackerel, that's cute.
adorable!! If this doesn't get my boys to eat eggs I don't know what will.
Oh my god as a kid I could NEVER eat these.
But then again, I could never even eat my oatmeal when my mom made a happy face with raisins on it.
Totally, 100% fun and cute, cute, cute! Love them!
We're having Easter dinner at some friends' house; we're the only one with a child. Would it be weird if we brought these to dinner? Hmmm...
