If you're not a fabric person cotton voile might not seem so different from just plain cotton, but it has a soft, gauzy quality that is decidedly different and lovely for bedding. It's not as common to find it used in kids' bedding which is why I was happy to discover Brooklyn-based MUNY who uses cotton voile for child and twin-size quilts. There are six versions of the child-size quilt and all come in a drawstring pouch.
