The experts (Thomas O'Brien and Leatrice Eiseman) weigh in on the idea of "combining risk-taking with research" and give some excellent advice and red paint colors to consider...The tip that resonates most is from Leatrice Eiseman, the executive director of the Pantone Color Institute: "a “bordello red” — a shade that is too bright or too glossy — will be hard to live with over time". We can't agree more! From our own experience, beware of glossy, dark paint — it will highlight any imperfection in the walls!
