Last week we looked at fashion designer Matthew Williamson's colorful apartment in London. Today, a reader sent us a tip that Christian Lacroix is selling his seventeenth-century apartment in the Parisian neighborhood, Le Marais — It's another great example of a bright, colorful and eclectic space!
The designer is asking €2 million (or about $2.6 million) for the 2,150-square-foot apartment. In addition to a 200 square-foot courtyard, the apartment has four bedrooms, a mezzanine library and recently renovated bathrooms and kitchen. For more pics see fashionologie.

Thank you for this!
Is the apartment being sold with furnishings? If I had $2.6M (to spare) I would buy it.
Where is Mr. Lacroix moving on to?
Have they had the Yves Sant Laurent auction yet? Did YSL's partner (and his heir) get the prices he wanted? He spoke of the joy of putting the collection together with YSL; it would have been nice if he would have found joy in donating the collection to the French people.
The WSJ article mentioned that Lacroix had already moved to another home in the same neighborhood of Paris.
Yes please, I'll take it!
Mon Dieu, that's gorgeous.
I now have an unhealthy longing for that apartment, but 2.6 mil is a bit out of my price range... sad*
THIS is the way to do color.
This flat is gorgeous ! I'm definitely a fan of CL
why oh why can't we have architectural detail and windows like this in Chicago. sure, perhaps it because we are only a few hundred years old, but gosh, not even a little?
Those windows and doors are soooooooo lovely. As are the paintings. Beautiful.
