Don't ask me why, but when greens clash, collide, and come together seemingly-haphazardly, I just love it. I only feel this way about greens, and it makes no difference how odd the pairing. Here are a few examples:
These combos are not unlike some purposefully-dischordant music that also strikes my fancy. What do you think about clashing greens? Do they hit a sweet spot for you too? Or does clash equal "no go" no matter the hue?

We learn from nature that all greens go together. In fact, the more the merrier...
I like it in some cases. The poster above mentioned nature and I tend to agree. We are used to seeing different greens alongside one another in nature so it isn't out of place in design. Although, the kitchen in the second picture above is a little too clashy for my taste.
So funny. My kitchen is painted Sweet Caroline green (BM), and I have green accents all over it - in vases, paintings, even from the big window which shows off the trees. None of them match, and they run the gamut from grass green to olivve to mustardy green. And I think it works.
That said, I like the first and fourth photo best!
I like it, but I wouldn't use the word 'clashing' - they're just different shades of green.
I think you mean "complimentary," not "clashing."
Yes - these greens don't clash at all! Yellowy-chartreusy greens make my heart go pitter-pat. I smile just thinking about it.
Ugh.. that fourth photo does something to me! <3
A wise decorator once wrote:
“There are a set of loose rules, which when applied to colour cannot fail.… All reds go together, all pinks go together, just as all blues, greens, yellows, browns and all grays do," said David Hicks (1929-1998), in David Hicks on Decoration (1966).
Does not work for me, I find yellow-green mixed with blue-green is ugly, but those pics don't look too bad, except maybe the third one with the bookcases. Also the refrigerator is ugly all by itself!
Love using all greens together. Not sure about other colors but yes, nature has trained my eye, too. I'm in good company here.
I hope all greens go together, because my apartment colour scheme is based on that idea! :) Green is the colour that gives me the most peace, gives me a "sanctuary" feeling at home.
Fifteen years ago, I started green with some vintage emerald curtains; gradually, I splashed green textiles through living room and bought a green credenza. For ten years, I got startled looks. But last week, a friend said "oh, you're so on trend!"
My favorite photo in this group is the first one. I usually like different greens together because it feels like being in a garden. I don't like my bath that has different greens together only because it's too small for so much color.
