Nomade Express Slee...
I absolutely agree with you! If I am feeling frustrated or stressed, I start putting things away, and cleaning it up and then I feel more focused and relaxed... same way to waking up to a clean, empty sink!
i am loving the look of these bedrooms and its great to know they are from real homes! the white color theme in each of these rooms is surprisingly soothing.
i also agree about cleaning. the first thing i do when i get home from work is fix my bed - it instantly takes away stress and my room suddenly looks put together!
You're so right about needing a clean bedroom to feel healthy. It really affects my mood when the bedroom is cluttered. These photos have given me lots of ideas for my own room. I need to add more yellow to boost me energy levels!
Yay! For the first time in my adult life, my bedroom could be posted here as a clean bedroom. It has so improved the quality of my sleep to have a room that makes me happy and that is uncluttered.
I think it's true, but if you live alone, cleaning the bedroom is quite an ordeal. The furniture is difficult to maneuver and changing the mattress cover, vacuuming under the bed, etc. so awkward. I guess I'll have to enlist a volunteer to help with some of these chores now that winter hibernation is over! But I hate housework so much I hate the idea of asking a friend to help with it.
that is a mighty big cat
